Restaurant D’Angelo is an elegant and upscale Italian restaurant located in the heart of Mykonos town. The restaurant has a chic and romantic atmosphere, with soft lighting, white tablecloths, and tasteful decor. The service is attentive and friendly, adding to the overall dining experience.
The menu at D’Angelo is focused on classic Italian cuisine, with a great selection of antipasti, pasta dishes, seafood, and meat dishes. The food is beautifully presented and cooked to perfection, with an emphasis on using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at D’Angelo restaurant in Mykonos with two close friends. We had an unforgettable evening of excellent food, great company, and a stunning view of the Aegean Sea. Here’s my extensive personal review of my two dining companions and their thoughts on some of the dishes we tried:
Sophia – Sophia is a foodie at heart and loves to try new restaurants and dishes. She is very knowledgeable about food and is always willing to share her opinions. Sophia was very impressed with the appetizers we tried, particularly the tuna tartare. She appreciated the fresh flavors and the delicate presentation of the dish. For her main course, Sophia chose the lobster spaghetti, and she was blown away by the creamy sauce and the generous chunks of lobster. She couldn’t stop raving about it for the rest of the evening. For dessert, she ordered the chocolate souffle, which she enjoyed but found it to be a bit heavy for her taste.
Alex – Alex is a more reserved individual who prefers classic dishes and flavors. He tends to stick to what he knows and loves, but is always open to trying new things. Alex ordered the grilled octopus for his appetizer, which he found to be perfectly cooked and full of flavor. For his main course, he chose the lamb chops, which he declared to be the best he had ever tasted. He loved the charred crust on the outside and the tender meat inside. Alex’s dessert was the pistachio cake, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He appreciated the moist texture and the subtle nutty flavor.
Overall, we had a fantastic time dining with Sophia and Alex at D’Angelo restaurant in Mykonos. The food was exceptional, and the service was impeccable. Sophia’s enthusiasm for the food made the evening even more enjoyable, while Alex’s appreciation for classic flavors provided a nice balance. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Mykonos.
