Compass is a restaurant in Mykonos that has been highly rated on TripAdvisor, and after my recent dining experience there, I can certainly understand why. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the ambiance and decor, which is modern and chic with a touch of Greek island charm.
The staff at Compass was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and made some excellent recommendations. We started with the tuna tartare, which was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. The freshness of the tuna was apparent, and the accompanying avocado added a creamy texture that perfectly complemented the fish.

The souffle was rich and decadent, with a molten center that oozed out when we cut into it. The Greek yogurt was light and refreshing, with the sweetness of the honey and the crunch of the walnuts providing the perfect balance of flavors and textures.
