BAOS FINE DINING: Can't wait to go back!

I had the pleasure of dining at Baos Fine Dining during my recent trip to Mykonos and I have to say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable and the food was truly outstanding.

First off, the location is amazing. The restaurant is perched on a hill overlooking the sea, with breathtaking views that add to the overall experience. The interior design is elegant and modern, with plenty of natural light and a minimalist aesthetic that creates a sense of tranquility.

The menu is innovative and showcases a fusion of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh seafood and locally-sourced ingredients. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations, making our decision-making process much easier.

We started off with some cocktails and small plates to share, and I have to say, the presentation was exquisite. Each dish was carefully crafted and beautifully plated, with flavors that perfectly complemented one another. The tuna tartare was a standout, with its delicate texture and vibrant flavors that danced on the palate.

For our main courses, we opted for the grilled octopus and the pan-seared duck breast. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with bold and complex flavors that left a lasting impression. The octopus was tender and smoky, while the duck breast was juicy and perfectly seasoned.

To finish off the meal, we shared a dessert platter that included a selection of homemade sorbets and sweets. Each bite was a burst of flavor, with the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
